To use PhD Valley, you must:

• Hold or be pursuing a PhD degree
• Provide accurate and truthful information about your academic background

3. User Account

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Impersonate other individuals
• Share false or misleading information
• Share pornographic, graphic, or violent content outside of newsworthy events
• Engage in harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Application

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to their content but grant PhD Valley a license to use, display, and distribute shared content within the Application.

Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. End User License Agreement

Users agree to the End User License Agreement below, according to their platform of use:
iOS platform: App Store EULA
All other platforms: PhD Valley EULA for other platforms

8. Termination and Removal

We will act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by, at our discretion, removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
